About JamiÂ
My journey has taught me that even when life feels like it is over, a new beginning is possible.
I am a Life Coach who specializes in helping people move forward when life has left them feeling stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about their future. I focus on helping individuals become productive, confident, and contributing members of society while navigating challenges such as substance abuse and recovery, reunification, invisible illnesses, chronic pain, and major life transitions.

My Story
I have been sober for 15 years, and my recovery has been one of the most important parts of my journey. I understand firsthand the courage, accountability, and daily commitment it takes to rebuild your life and create something different from the life you once knew.
Recovery taught me that meaningful change rarely happens all at once. It happens through consistency, honesty, support, and the willingness to keep showing up — even when the next step feels difficult.

From Survival to Purpose
At one of the lowest points in my life, I was told that I would never walk again. I spent three years in a wheelchair. During that time, I struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts and found myself questioning whether my life still had purpose.
I eventually sought help from a sports psychiatrist and a life coach, and that experience became a turning point in my life. I was reminded that my life did not have to be over — even though I had developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and was living with severe, ongoing pain.
For the first time in a long time, I began to see that my circumstances did not have to determine the rest of my story.

Why I Coach
Today, I use the lessons from my own journey to help others recognize their potential and take meaningful steps toward a more productive and purposeful life.
My role is not to tell you what your life should look like. It is to meet you where you are, help you identify where you want to go, and walk alongside you as you develop the confidence, tools, accountability, and practical strategies needed to get there.
Whether you are rebuilding after addiction, navigating chronic pain or an invisible disability, working toward reunification, or simply trying to find your footing after a difficult chapter, you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes the most important step is simply deciding that there can still be something ahead of you.
Healing, Growth and New Beginnings
I began the difficult work of rebuilding myself — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I learned that healing is not always about changing the circumstances we face. Sometimes it is about changing how we approach those circumstances, learning what is still possible, and discovering strength we did not know we had.
Living with chronic pain has also taught me that moving forward does not require pretending everything is fine. It means learning how to build purpose, confidence, relationships, goals, and a meaningful life alongside the realities you cannot simply wish away.
That perspective continues to shape the way I coach today.

If you're ready to start your next chapter, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
